We aim to make your delivery experience friendly and hassle-free. Here's everything you need to know about our delivery process:

📦 Delivery Charges
Delivery to large parts of England, Wales, and Scotland is currently free of charge. However, for specific postcodes (AB, DD, DG, EH15-26, EX6-7, EX17-23, EX31-39, FK8-21, G, IV, KA1-26, KA29-KA30, KW1-14, KY, ML, PH, PL, PO30-41, SA61-73, TD, TR), a £25 delivery charge applies.

🌍 Where does my Order Come From
All our products are dispatched from our warehouse in Suffolk. We use reliable courier services or pallet delivery for larger items.

🔍 Location Assistance
If your house is hard to find, we can provide the delivery company with a what3words marker. It will pinpoint your exact location, making the delivery process smoother. Learn more about it here: what3words.com.

🚛 Deliveries by Lorry
Most of our products are big and heavy, so they will be delivered on a pallet by a lorry. The driver will unload the pallet as close to your property as possible. However, please note that the driver is only obligated to deliver to your kerbside. If you have any access issues, kindly consider this or let us know beforehand so we can try and help.

⚠️ Property and Lorry Safety
The driver has the right to refuse delivery if there is any risk of damage to your property or the lorry. This is in the best interest of both parties. If your property has narrow lanes or restricted access, contact us in advance to ensure a suitable delivery option. We can check with the delivery depot if a smaller vehicle is available.

📏 Access Restrictions
Please note that pallets cannot be moved across gravel drives or up steep hills. To avoid expensive second delivery charges, please inform us beforehand about any restrictions or special requirements.

📧 Delivery Notifications
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email to keep you informed. The delivery company will then directly contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time. You don't need to be present to accept delivery as the pallet can be left safely.

⌛ Courier Deliveries
For smaller items, we usually use reliable courier services such as DPD or Parcelforce. They will send you an email or text message to notify you about the delivery.

⏳ Delivery Timeframe
Orders are typically dispatched within 2-10 working days. If you have a specific delivery date in mind, simply let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. If there is a potential delay, we will notify you promptly.

🚫Unavailable Postcodes
We apologise for the inconvenience, but we are currently unable to deliver to the following postcodes: BT, GY, JE, IM, ZE, HS, KA27-28, KW15-17, PH42-44, PA20-39, PA41-49, PA60-80, KA27-28, TR21-25, IV40-49, IV51-54.

Once you have received your delivery, please check it thoroughly to make sure you have received everything.  If you are missing any components please let us know within 7 working days.
